Shipping policy

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Methods

  • Service Types: Standard international shipping.
  • Carrier Partners: USPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc., economy shipping.
  • International Shipping: We ship to all listed countries. Shipping costs exclude customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Period: Normally 1-3 business days.
  • Holidays/Exceptions: Adjusted according to the statutory rest period for each Chinese holiday.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Pricing Structure: The shipping fee only covers the international shipping cost from the exporting country to the importing country.
  • International Fees: Taxes and fees that arise upon import into the destination country will be paid by the buyer.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Windows: 7-10 days
  • Disclaimers: Please note that shipping times may be affected by unpredictable weather conditions and unforeseen carrier issues such as mechanical delays or labor disputes. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, these factors are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Notifications: The tracking number will be sent as an email notification to the buyer’s email once the shipment of the order is processed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Within 7 days of receiving the goods
  • Conditions: Returns are accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Process:

            Defective Products: If the product arrives with any defects, returns and refunds are accepted, and the seller will cover the return shipping costs. Exchanges for defective products are also accepted, with shipping fees covered by the seller.

           Non-Defective Products: Returns and refunds are not accepted if the product arrives without defects. However, if the buyer wishes to exchange the product for a different one, the exchange will be accepted, with the shipping costs covered by the buyer.

  • Refund Timing: Within 14 business days

7. Inventory Management

  • Stock Issues: If there is a stock issue, the buyer will receive an email notification. The buyer can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order. If cancellation is requested, the payment will be refunded accordingly.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed shipments. If an address error requires reshipment, any additional shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. We appreciate your attention to this to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Delivery Receipt: Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer. Please ensure the shipping address is secure and accessible. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you have any concerns, please check with the carrier directly.
