Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To begin the return process, please contact us at chewajaci@hotmail.com. Returns will only be accepted after a return request has been made. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return & Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Defective Products: If the product arrives with any defects, returns and refunds are accepted, and the seller will cover the return shipping costs. Exchanges for defective products are also accepted, with shipping fees covered by the seller.

  • Non-Defective Products: Returns and refunds are not accepted if the product arrives without defects. However, if the buyer wishes to exchange the product for a different one, the exchange will be accepted, with the shipping costs covered by the buyer.
